To secure your booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost for your selected safari or desired service. Depending on the specific terms and conditions of your trip, you may choose to make this deposit either before your departure from your region or upon your arrival.
4. Service Reservation:

Upon receipt of your deposit, and subject to availability, we will reserve your spot for your selected safari itinerary or service.

Payment terms may vary based on the nature of your trip and the chosen package. In some instances, such as hotel bookings during peak seasons (e.g., New Year, Christmas, festivals), full payment may be required in advance.
6. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation made 29 days or more prior to the scheduled start date: 75% of the deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation made 29 days to 15 days prior to the schedule start date: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
