• We'll promptly verify the availability of your desired services and provide you with a detailed invoice outlining the total cost of your chosen itinerary.

3. Deposit Requirement:

• To secure your booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost for your selected safari or desired service. Depending on the specific terms and conditions of your trip, you may choose to make this deposit either before your departure from your region or upon your arrival.

4. Service Reservation:

• Upon receipt of your deposit, and subject to availability, we will reserve your spot for your selected safari itinerary or service.

5. Payment Terms:

• Payment terms may vary based on the nature of your trip and the chosen package. In some instances, such as hotel bookings during peak seasons (e.g., New Year, Christmas, festivals), full payment may be required in advance.

6. Cancellation Policy:

• We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy, which is designed to accommodate changes in your travel plans:

  • Cancellation made 29 days or more prior to the scheduled start date: 75% of the deposit will be refunded.

  • Cancellation made 29 days to 15 days prior to the schedule start date: 50% of the deposit will be refunded. 

  • Cancellation made within15 days of the scheduled start date: No refund will be provided. 

  • Special cancellation policies may apply to certain packages or services; please refer to your specific booking details for more information.

7. Refunds:

• In the event of a cancellation that qualifies for a refund, the refund will be processed according to our policy. Please allow [Processing Time] for the refund to be issued.
